Our electronic files conversion process (e-conversion) transforms files of all types (word processing files, spreadsheets, email, presentation graphics, etc.) and media into searchable and retrievable information. CACI e-conversion recognizes more than 2000 electronic file formats and converts almost 500 of these.

Text and metadata are extracted for downstream use in document/case management systems, databases and websites. In addition, we digitize video and audio files. We also offer page image creation and OCR (for graphical files). We are equipped to produce e-conversion deliverables in whatever format and media our customer specifies.

We have conducted numerous electronic conversion efforts on corporate email systems, hard drives and individual disks seized during various types of investigations by our federal law enforcement clients.
